Lash Loft Policies

Refunds:

Lash Loft Studio has a no refund policy.

Return/Exchanges: 

Exchanges are accepted only if items are unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, and deodorant for  an approved store credit. 

Store Credit:

Once your items has been approved, your store credit will be issued by email within 5-7 business days.

 

Shipping:

Lash Loft Studio items are processed and shipped with USPS Priority within 24-48 business hours Monday - Friday. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
